Ruth Mott and Wendy Burden, shop manager’s of Hospice shop 2 have been very active in securing our replacement Hospice Shop, which will be much brighter and airier than the shop we are leaving, it is very near the existing shop, in fact just next door but will be visible from the Church!
They have been supervising our volunteers to ensure the shop opens by month end. Many thanks to all who have offered to assist, but particular thanks to Dave White who has been doing the electrical work, and to Chris Delaney and Dave Timperly who have spent many days painting the premises, as the attached picture shows, it is very hot work in the current humid conditions, but much appreciated by us all.
