An Act Of Great Generosity

Following a presentation yesterday at the presbytery followed by a visit to the Hospice site we have been given a donation of EUR100,000 (one hundred thousand). The benefactors, who wish to remain anonymous were very impressed by what we have achieved to date, and were very interested to hear of our plans for the future. Whilst every donation is very important, be it EUR1 or EUR100,000, we would ask that you all remember our anonymous benefactors in your prayers.

This donation gives us a major boost, we will almost certainly be in a position to complete the major works required to open the Hospice i.e. lift, kitchen etc. If you visit the site you will see that all the terrace areas have been screeded ready to accept outside tiling, balustrades and patio and other doors, work on an extra internal staircase has started, we are rapidly progressing towards our goal of opening the Hospice next year.
